TBD: Tutorial on creation of parent World Spaces. Example: Tamriel and the Oblivion World Spaces.
To create a parent worldspace, click 'world', 'world spaces', right click on one of the existing world spaces, and select 'new'.
leave the 'parent worldspace' thing at 'NONE', and fill in the fields. If you leave them at zero, you might not be able to do landscape editing. Since most of the existing worldspaces have identical settings, you might as well copy those.
