Flora

From The Elder Scrolls Construction Set Wiki

All plants that might contain ingredients are considered to be Flora. Actors can walk right through them because the Havok Data of the original game meshes is set to "NonCollidable". A Havok Block is still needed in a flora model, however, to define the area in which the "Hand" Icon will apear. When activated, there is a chance that the indicated ingredient is added to the actor's inventory.

• By convention, the percentage chance of the ingredient being available is the same for all four seasons.
