GetPCFactionSteal FactionID
Example:
GetPCFactionSteal MagesGuild
Returns 1 if the player has stolen from a member of the specified faction. Note that this does not have to be a crime that was witnessed by anyone. Reset this flag using SetPCFactionSteal.
