How can I fix an aquired Crash

I dont know how else to word this lol. But my problem is that after several attempts to lip sync files, and many uninstallations of the TES CS, my TES CS aquired a crash.

The crash occurs when i add a new line of dialouge in ANY topic. this seems to be a problem with that box that pops up when you create a new line of dialouge.

Pretty much, I need a way to either fix this crash, or some way to clear all notice of the CS existing, so that when i install it again, it will be like it was the first time. (I think that would work because I've made lines of dialouge before... thus the sense that I've aquired this) 16:23, 12 August 2007 (EDT)
