Syntax: 

(nothing) SetNthEffectItemScriptVisualEffect magicEffect:chars magicItem:ref whichEffect:short

(nothing) SetNthEISVisualEffect magicEffect:chars magicItem:ref whichEffect:short

Sets the scrited effect item's visual effect.
