[edit] Use of Mipmaps

I added a note regarding the use of mipmaps to negate the need for multiple resolutions of icons. However, I'm not certain how many mipmaps are needed (or if it matters). I believe 4 should do it, but I'm not putting that in the article until I've verified it.
