Ranged shock spells jump between multiple targets. Uses ideas from Tegid's reference locater to locate targets.

I remade this into a general spell that affects multiple NPCs without actor-specific coding. The only problem is that once I give them back their clothing, they don't reequip it. I should clean it up and release it anyway I suppose.

This mod uses a global quest script to monitor when it is storming and then generates lightning strikes based on a number of parameters.
