A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.
Syntax:
(editorID:string) GetEditorID object:ref
Attempts to retrieve the editorID for the specified object. EditorIDs for most forms are not loaded at run-time. Currently this function only returns editor IDs for cells and quests.
